We've added 2 new features to our DK and FD Lineup Optimizers, which gives you more control over building differentiated lineups.

The 2 new features we've addded:

• › Like/Boost individual players
• › Projected Ownership build rules

Like/Boost individual players:

We've had the ability to adjust individual player projections from day 1, but a much requested feature has been to apply a Like boost on top of projections.

We've added a 'thumbs up' button which adds a % projection boost to that player, on top of their baseline projection. You can control the size of the boost on the settings screen, from a range of 0% to 16%.

How this works, is if for example a player has a projection of 10.0FP, if you apply a 12% Like boost, the optimizer will treat them as having a projection of 11.2FP. Note, you will not see this 11.2FP value replace their projection, it is only used behind the scenes by the optimizer.

Use Like boosts as a quick and easy way to nudge the optimizer to including players you like over others players. The higher you set the boost % in settings, the more likely you'll see those players in your lineups.

Projected Ownership Build Rules:

We've now added two ways to manage projected ownership levels in your NFL & NBA optimizer builds:

• › Max Total Ownership Limits
• › Force Low Owned Players

The Max Total Ownership setting allows you to set a ceiling on total projected ownership in your lineups. We set the default to a very high number (500%), which will never be reached, but we suggest running some builds to see what typical total ownership is coming in at (usually around 120% for large field NFL slates), and then dial down by ~10% on that number to generate some more differentiated lineups.

Another new way to adjust ownership is instead of focusing on the total number, you can force the optimizer to include a set number of projected low-owned players.

The "Add Low Ownership" rule allows you to include X number of players, with ownership under Y% levels. For example, in NFL large-field slates you might want to make sure you have at least 2 players that are projected to come in at under 10% owned. For even more differentiation, you can force up to 3 players to be under the limit you set.

Note that the slider bar contains a mini-chart that contains projected ownership distribution for the slate, so you can see how many players roughly fall into the limit you are setting. Also important to note that all Projected Ownership related features are only available to premium subscribers.

Between both these new settings you can now control and refine your lineup builds with even more precision.
